Kaweco have now released an entry-level fountain pen, the Perkeo comes in a range of unexpected colour combinations! It features everything you'd expect from Kaweco - quality workmanship, the familiar octagonal cap and barrel and a stainless steel nib black in colour- plus it's reasonably-priced.

It has a comfortable triangular grip and takes standard international ink cartridges. It will also take the Kaweco converter for use with bottled ink.

In Kaweco's history the PERKEO dip pen appears around 1900. The catalogue of the Heidelberg dip pen factory which was later named Kaweco, describes the PERKEO as a convertible fountain pen.

Today PERKEO is designed to be an ink cartridge fountain pen and a convertible fountain pen. The design stems from the classic Kaweco tradition. The matt octagonal cap and the sixteen-edged barrel harmonize perfectly. The ergonomical grip section inures an effortless writing experience and the colours are very unique.

Get a few and swap the barrels and caps to create your own combinations of colours.

This pen has no clip, although you can purchase the Kaweco hexagonal clip separately, but it's a tight fit, as this pen is slightly fatter than the other Kaweco pens.
