Garnet is a fairly bright and well-saturated orange-leaning red. In daylight and in scans the ink’s red tones dominate, but under warm artificial light Garnet definitely shows its orange-leaning nature. Formerly Pelikan’s 2014 ink of the year, Edelstein Garnet ink is a soft yet vibrant red with a hint of orange that is not overwhelming but shows up dark on paper.
