The Converter from Pelikan turns a cartridge pen into a plunger pen and is for the filling of fountain pens from the ink bottle. The Converter is installed into the fountain pen the same way as a cartridge. The pen is then dipped into a bottle of ink until the nib and part of the grip section is submerged in the ink. Subsequently the knob of the Converter is turned until the ink is absorbed.

This Converter does NOT fit in the Pelikan Jazz Fountain Pen.
